Refund Policy


Due to the nature of our products and services, we have instituted the following policy regarding customer refunds

Web Design
As per any web design contract between CG Design and our customers, there will be no refund for work that has been completed according to the original contract agreement. Work that has not yet been completed will not be charged. Please review your contract for specific terms and conditions.

Any work, conversion, transfer, and/or other design or development performed on any site not originally designed or developed by CG Design will be billed on a per incident basis, is not covered under any warranty unless specifically stated in writing, and is not eligible for a refund.

In-house software
All of our in-house software is designed to be used on a trial basis to ensure compatibility and functionality with your computer configuration and/or business needs. As a result, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have tested the software, and that it meets your expectations prior to submitting payment. There will be no refunds provided for licenses purchased to activate, register, or otherwise authorize any in-house applications.

Web hosting
There will be no refunds provided for hosting accounts during the current billing month. Any refund requested for remaining unused months must be submitted to our support team using the Contact Us page. Requests must be submitted no later than 7 days prior to the end of the current month.
